I have acute interest in researching about the topic of Work/Life Balance in Human Resource Management. My areas of interest and specialisation include Human Resource Strategy, Human Resource Functions, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Consultancy, Cross-Cultural Management, Training and Development, Industrial Relations, etc. Apart from these I am also interested to work on general business topics related to Strategic Management and Marketing Communications.
