Biologically, the development of human beings goes under different phases. The first stage of development is the infancy or childhood stage. This stage of development is essential in the life cycle of human beings. Been the early stage, the child learns and understands according to the environment he or she is brought up (Nguyen et al.; 2019). The childhood stage is the most essential and unique stage among all the other human life cycle phases. During this stage, the child will only learn positive things and develop a sense of self-drive. Therefore, in this phase of development, the adults should be aware when taking care of the children since, in most cases, they will copy their behavior.

Basically, in this stage child can grasp what has been taught by his parent’s hance can apply it in middle age. Also, in this stage, a child can develop unique aspects that can be used for the rest of his life (Burbacher et al.;, 2018). Biologically, it is believed that most people’s activeness depends on the environment he or she was brought up. For example, if a child is less at this early age, then there is a high possibility to continue with the same behavior even when he grows up. Therefore, to prevent this scenario, we need to acknowledge the purpose of childhood in the life cycle of human life. It’s good to understand and appreciate the National Association’s action towards educating the younger people.

Younger people are susceptible; thus, they need close attention and considerations as they grow up. They need to be given adequate guidance and canceling, which promotes moral and ethical growth. We need to understand early education is crucial not only in the child’s life but also in creating peer interactions between the child and the teachers in the school. According to the research, children can learn in different ways depending on the exposure to the environment. Most children learn by observing what their elders are doing every day (Oulhote et al., 2020). The NAEYC association has promoted compressive and framework, thus understanding families’ responsibility in developing the children. Enrolling in this program in the schools is to appreciate and value the early childhood stage. Building a strong bond between the child and the family enables the child to feel safe and secure. Therefore, according to the research, many excepts argue that bonding between the family members and the children is the most valuable gift one can offer to the child(Pedroso et a;l 2020). This can be promoted by positive communication between the family members and the child.

Giving a smile to the child is enough for the child to develop a sense of love and build a strong bond with his family members. Furthermore, spending time with a child boosts self-confidence and encourages positive interactions with others. Building the relationship between the child and the family members is essential since it helps them have a healthy relationship as they grow. Building a good relationship between the child and the family members widens the child’s thinking capacity (Krishna et al.; 2017). According to the research conducted by several experts, the level of understanding of a child is high compared to that of the adults.

The children are believed to have active minds that can grasp and store information for a long time. Therefore, according to society’s normal circumstances, the children are recognized as the most understood compared to the aged people. Younger people can understand the new technology than older people (Stewart et al.; 2020). This research focuses on understanding why children are often understood in the community than the adult people. However, there is a need to respect every individual’s dignity in the community since it’s a fundamental right.

Recognizing and respecting the worthiness of each individual in the community creates healthy and mutual interactions. Moreover, respecting and recognizing other people’s dignity in society will encourage cohesion and promote society’s development. Teaching younger people the respect and honesty aspect will create a unique culture that can mind others’ warfare. However, the degree of respect in society may differ depending on the individuals’ interactions (Nassar et al.; 2018). As a community, we need to ask several questions regarding interactions between younger people and adults. These questions should answer the mode of interactions between the children and the adult people. In this research, we are focused on knowing how both parties can achieve their maximum potential the terms of interactions and understanding each other.

Trust and respect are the primary factors determining the degree of interactions between the children and the adults in the community. For society to have positive interactions, both children and adults need to observe respect and trust as the essential elements that govern businesses (Nguyen et al.;2019). Generally, the childhood life cycle is critical and should not be looked down on. It’s only in this stage where the child can learn and have basic knowledge which will be useful in the future. Knowing the child can be both elementary and informal, whereby some things come from the child’s environment. Therefore, there needs to the appreciating and valuing this stage despite the challenges the child might encounter.
