How do I place an order for Statistical Services?
To place your statistical services order, please complete our online request form and attach the data you want us to analyse. We will contact our writers and get back to you via email with a no-obligation quotation within a few hours (it may take longer in certain circumstances). Can I pay for my order in instalments?
For the statistician to begin your statistical work, we usually require full payment in advance. However, for orders over 200 pounds, we may be able to offer an instalment plan. If you would like to pay in instalments, please contact us after receiving your quote.

What statistical services do you offer?
We offer statistical and data analysis services no matter what the complexity. Our statisticians can use Excel, SPSS, eViews, Polystat, Matlab and Minitab softwares (others upon request). When we receive your request we will check with our statisticians if they can definitely meet your requirements and only then will we send you a no-obligation quote.

How quickly can you complete my statistics order?
It may take anywhere between a few hours to several days for us to complete the work, depending on its complexity. However, the more time you can give us - the better the price we can offer you. Can I contact my statistician?
Yes, contact with your statistician throughout the process is essential, especially with complex projects. You can send us your message and we will then forward this to your statistician unchanged (but we will remove all private information). Any questions or messages from your statistician will also be forwarded to you immediately. This is done to protect your confidentiality.

What information should I provide to the statistician?
When placing your order it is essential that you send us your data and provide us with details of the work you require, including any documentation you think we might need or that may help us with your order. If you require statistical analysis for your dissertation it is essential for the statistician to know your research aims and objectives/hypotheses.

Can you use specific software and/or formatting styles in my work?
Yes we can. Just let us know what software you require and/or what formatting styles are needed when completing the order form. If, for any reason we are unable to use a particular type of software, we will advise you immediately so we can arrange a way forward with your work.

Delivery

How do you deliver my completed work?
We will send your completed work to you by email, on or before your deadline. The work will be with you by 11pm on the day you requested. We will send your work in an appropriate format (for example SPSS output) and it will be your responsibility to have suitable software to open the work on your computer. If you request for a hard copy to be faxed or posted to you this can be arranged, but you will need to pay faxing or postage fees.

What happens if my paper does not match my requirements?
If you feel the statistician did not meet your initial instructions, you can email us within 7 days with your amendments request. All we ask is that you detail which parts of the work have not been met and provide details in the amendments form (a link will be provided to you when we send your completed work). Any amendment requests that are outside of the original instructions may incur an additional charge. However, in the unlikely event that your instructions have not been met, we are happy to complete the amendments free of charge. If you realise that you need extra work which you did not specify at the time of ordering, we can request that the statistician amends as necessary but this will incur an additional charge.
