For the convenience of our customers we have developed different payment methods. Please note that we only start work once we have received the payment. We normally require full advance payment; however for large projects, such as dissertations, we accept payment in instalments by prior agreement.

For our custom writing orders we accept the following payment methods:

Deposits and Transfers to our bank accounts (recommended).

We have accounts with the following banks: HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest, HBOS (Bank of Scotland and Halifax). If you are in the UK or have a UK bank account you can make the payment via cash deposit or bank transfer (via telephone or internet banking if you have access). Branches of these banks are located throughout the country: NatWest Branch Locator, HBOS Branch Locator, HSBC Branch Locator and Lloyds Branch Locator.

If you are outside the UK we can provide you with our IBAN and SWIFT (BIC) to make an international money transfer. However please note that international transfers take several working days to clear and we are not able to start the work before the funds clear.

Card payments via RBS Worldpay and PayPal.

• Through RBS Worldpay we accept the following cards: Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, and JCB. Please note that debit card payments are free of charge, but credit cards are subject to 4.55% additional charge.
• PayPal allows us to accept payments from a PayPal account balance as well as the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex. Please note that this payment method is subject to 4.55% additional charge.

Owing to an increase in credit card fraud we need to verify your identify if you are paying by card. If you are registered with cardholder authentication schemes, e.g. Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, please use the verification and we will process your order straight away. Alternatively we will ask you to provide us with proof of your address (bill or bank statement) and proof of ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID) by fax or scanned copy by e-mail. We guarantee that this information will only be used to verify your ID and will be deleted afterwards. This verification process applies for RBS Worldpay and PayPal payments.

For our Dissertation Topic and Outline service we only accept payments via RBS Worldpay (Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, and JCB). For Dissertation Topic and Outline orders we require payment to be made straight away, and the writers will start the work immediately.
