How do I order my custom-written paper or dissertation?

If you agree – please reply and we will arrange the payment for you. Once the payment is made, our writer will start the work and you will receive your completed paper on or before your deadline. Can I pay for my custom written paper in instalments?
In order for the writer to begin writing the paper for you, we require full payment in advance. However, for large projects, such as dissertations, we may be able to accept payment in instalments upon prior agreement.

Can I contact my writer?
Yes, contact with your writer throughout the writing process is essential, especially with larger papers such as dissertations. You can send us your message and we will then forward this to your writer unchanged (but we will remove all private information). Any questions or messages from your writer will also be forwarded to you immediately.

What information should I provide to the writer?
When placing your order you will need to provide us details of your assignment. If you would like to provide more information such as additional requirements, learning outcomes, case studies and etc - please email them to custom@ivoryresearch.com. Provision of this information is not compulsory; however it will help your writer to deliver exactly what you need.

Can you reference specific material in my paper?
If you would like us to reference specific material, such as journals or books, then this is certainly possible. Simply advise us on your initial enquiry form so that the assigned writer is aware of your specification from the outset. If you have the material you'd like us to reference - please send it to us by email, fax or post. If you do not have it - please clearly specify in the order form that you need the writer to find it. If for any reason we are unable to access the required material we will, of course, advise you in the first instance so as to arrange a way forward with your paper.

What quality of work do you guarantee?

Delivery

How do you deliver my completed paper?
We will send your completed paper to you by email on, or often before, the deadline date stated in your order form. The paper will be with you by 11pm on the day you specified. We send all papers in Microsoft Word format. If you request a hard copy to be faxed or posted to you – this can be arranged, but you will need to pay faxing or postage fees.

What happens if my paper does not match my requirements?
If you feel the writer did not meet your initial instructions, you can email us within 7 days for the assignment (14 days for the dissertation) with your amendments. All we ask is that you fully read the entire paper and list the points you feel weren't covered, and send the amendments in ONE email. Any amendment requests that are outside the original instructions will incur an additional charge.

We are happy to complete these free of charge as long as they are in line with your initial request and do not include extra work not originally asked for and a sizeable increase in the word count. In the event that you realise there is extra work required, which you did not request at the time of ordering, we can request the writer amend as necessary but this may incur an additional charge.

Can I have my dissertation sent to me chapter by chapter as the writer is completing it?
When writing a dissertation we will, commonly, provide you with the literature review and methodology first. Upon receipt of your comments the writer will continue the work and we will send you the completed dissertation on or before your deadline. We can also obtain updates from the writer, upon your request, so that you may be kept updated on the progress of your paper.
