And on Facebook we have been awarded with the “Very responsive” badge, which means that we mostly reply to your messages within 1 minute!
Also from 27th March 2017 our customer service team will be working from 9am till 9pm on the weekdays. The weekends will stay the same at 10am-6pm. This change will allow the Customer Service team to focus more on maintaining the highest quality of customer care and keeping our reply times as short as possible.
