To make placing your order as easy as possible, we have a range of convenient payment methods. For our custom writing orders we accept the following:
Card payments via SagePay and PayPal:
• You can pay via SagePay using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro
• Or pay via PayPal, either directly from your PayPal account, or using Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex
Due to an increase in credit card fraud, if you are paying by card we may need to verify your identity. If you are registered with a cardholder authentication scheme, e.g. Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, please use the verification.
We might ask you to provide us with proof of your address (bill or bank statement) and proof of ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID) by fax or scanned copy by e-mail. We guarantee that this information will only be used to verify your ID and will be deleted afterwards.
If you are unable to supply the above documentation, we can verify your identity by sending an e-mail to your university or business email address and asking you to reply to it. Once we receive your reply we will be able to continue with your order. This verification process applies for SagePay and PayPal payments.
Deposits and transfers to our bank accounts
We have accounts with the following banks: HSBC and Lloyds. If you are in the UK or have a UK bank account you can make the payment either by cash deposit or bank transfer (via telephone or internet banking if you have access). Branches of these banks are located throughout the country: HSBC Branch Locator and Lloyds Branch Locator.
If you are outside the UK, you may also make an international money transfer using IBAN and SWIFT (BIC). However, please note that international transfers take several working days to clear and we will not be able to start work on your order until we have received the funds into our account.
Deposits (£20 commitment deposit)
Occasionally, we may be unable to give you a price straight away because we need to receive quotes from our writers. If this is the case, we will require a commitment deposit of £20, which will be deducted from the order price, or refunded to you in full, should you not wish to proceed. Deposit payments may be paid by via SagePay (Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro) and PayPal (PayPal accounts, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex cards).
