We do not like to penalise our writers and do our utmost to avoid it if possible. But, of course, we must have some penalties in place to avoid delays, prevent plagiarism, ensure the quality of work and the quality of service we offer our clients and our writers play an exceedingly important role in this. We do not use penalties as a way of making a profit. More information on our penalties is available in our Writer’s Area section. You will be given a login and password to this section once you are accepted to work for us.
In the first instance, our rates of pay are much higher than many other companies within this industry. We treat all our writers as individuals, not numbers and ensure we let them know how appreciated they are. Our Customer Service Team will always be friendly and answer the phone with a smile and will always do their best to help you in any way they can if you are faced with a problem or delay.
