Do you only accept self-employed writers?
Yes we do. If you are not already self-employed, it is a very simple process to do. If you would further help and advice about becoming self employed, there are many websites which can offer you details for free. You may also want an objective point of view from an organisation such as The Citizens Advice Bureau (for UK residents).

Am I obliged to accept every piece of work you offer me?
No. You can accept as many or as little as you like. All we ask is that if you do reject an assignment we offer you, to let us know your reason why. This will enable us to keep a record if it is a particular area of a topic you do not wish to write on or if you do not want to accept assignments with short deadlines (as we can always ask the client if he/she is able to extend their deadline).

Do you introduce penalties?
We do not like to penalise our writers and do our utmost to avoid it if possible. But, of course, we must have some penalties in place to avoid delays, prevent plagiarism, ensure the quality of work and the quality of service we offer our clients and our writers play an exceedingly important role in this. We do not use penalties as a way of making a profit. More information on our penalties is available in our Writer's Area section. You will be given a login and password to this section once you are accepted to work for us.

What makes you different to any other company?
In the first instance, our rates of pay are much higher than many other companies within our industry. We treat all our writers as individuals, not numbers and ensure we let them know how appreciated they are. Our Customer Service Team will always be friendly and answer the phone with a smile and will always do their best to help you in any way they can if you are suffering a problem or delay. And if all of that didn't persuade you enough - we may pay bonuses for you to do something you enjoy! That can't be bad!
