Recruitment Process

It's really easy to apply for a job with us. Simply complete our online application form. The first part of the form will ask you some basic questions including your name, address and contact telephone number. We then ask you to provide details of your qualifications, including the subject studied, level of qualification, classification achieved and which university you studied at. We will also ask you to the list of subjects you wish to write on. At the end of the form, you are asked to attach your CV and at least two examples of previous work you have done. This enables us to review your writing capabilities.

Once your application has been received and assessed, you will receive a response advising if you have been successful or not. Upon succession of your application, we will then ask you to send a copy of your degree certificate and to notify us of a suitable time and date to participate in a telephone interview. In general, our telephone interviews last about 20-30 minutes. If you are successful, we will send you a number of documents to read, sign and return, usually within 48 hours.

You will also be asked to complete a trial assignment for us to further assess your skills and writing capabilities. You will usually be given five days to complete the assignment and return it to us by email. The assignment will then be assessed by an external assessor, who will provide his comments and if necessary, will request amendments to bring the piece of work in line with the standard required. Upon completion of the trial assignment, we will send you an invoice and statement of works to be signed and returned. Once we have received these documents, we will pay £80 - £120 for the paper (depending on the amount of work involved as we give different tasks to different writers depending on their skills). We do not pay if the trial assignment is not successful and the copyright will remain with you to do as you wish with the paper.

Once we have received all duly signed documents, the successful trial assignment, your degree certificate and confirmation of your subjects you wish to write on, you will then be added to our database of writers.
