    • You can pay via SagePay using Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro

  • 7. How quickly can you complete my order?

Our writers can complete some assignments in one to two days and dissertations can be completed within less than a week (urgent delivery). However, the more time you can give us, the better the price we can offer you. You can get an accurate price by completing our online order form.

Additionally, urgent orders are also subject to the availability of writers. Therefore, when placing your order please try to give us as much time as possible to ensure that you get the cheapest price and that we can assign the best writer to complete your work.

  • 8. Can I contact my writer?

Yes, contact with your dedicated writer throughout the writing process is essential. If you would like to contact your writer please send us your message and we will then forward this to your writer unchanged. Any questions or messages from your writer will also be forwarded to you immediately. Please check your emails regularly and ensure we have your valid phone number in case your writer requires an urgent reply.

  • 9. What are your prices?

To find out the price of your order, simply complete the first section of our order form and click on “Get Prices”.

  • 10. Can I get a discount?

We operate the following discount schemes

    1. If you are paying for three or more assignments at the same time, we can offer you a discount of up to 15%.

    2. If you have ordered more than four assignments from us in the past, we can offer you up to 15% discount on your next order.

  • 12. What information should I provide to the writer?

You should provide your full requirements, along with any additional sources such as handbooks, learning outcomes, assessment criteria, lecture notes and case studies.

  • 1. Why do I have to pay a deposit?

We aim to ensure that we always have a writer on standby who can confidently complete your work to the highest standard. For all Editing, Improvement and Proofreading Services and in some other instances, the complexity of the work may not allow us to provide you with exact prices via the online form; therefore we have to obtain quotes from our writers. This is a complex process, since we need to understand all the details and assess the complexity of the work, offer it to appropriately qualified writers and find the best available quote for you. We therefore ask you to pay a £20 deposit, which will be deducted from your quote should you continue with your order, or will be refunded in full should you decide not to proceed, or in the unlikely event that we cannot find a suitable writer for you.

  • 2. Can I have a plan before the writer starts work?

Yes. We can offer you a plan to check before your writer starts working on your order. When completing the order form, all you need to do is select ‘plan’ from the extra services section and this will be added to your order for an additional fee. The plan provided will be in addition to the word count you selected when completing the form.

It is essential that you reply immediately with any feedback on the plan in order for us to meet your requested deadline and avoid any delay.

Plans are particularly useful so you can check if you are 100% happy with the writer’s proposed approach to your order.

Please note that plans are available for any order type except dissertations. For dissertations we provide a free dissertation outline before the writer starts the main work as standard.

  • 3. Can the writer conduct calculations?

If you require calculations our writers can certainly help you; anything from ratios, formulas, financial analysis and profit and loss. Whatever calculations you need, we can help. All you need to do is select ‘calculations’ from the extra services section and enter your requirements in the field provided. An extra charge will be applied.

  • 4. Can I see a draft of my work?

Of course. We can offer the option of receiving a draft of your work as part of the flexible service we offer. When completing the order form please tick the ‘draft’ option from the extra services section and enter your requirements in the field provided. There will be small additional charge for this.

The draft will form part of the word count you selected when completing the form. We will confirm the date of the delivery of the requested draft when we book the writer for you and confirm your order. It is essential that you reply immediately with any feedback on your draft in order for us to meet your requested deadline and avoid any delay. Please note that drafts are available for any order type except for dissertations. We offer specific Dissertation delivery options, including Chapter-by-Chapter delivery.

  • 5. Can you provide me with a reflective log or diary to go with my paper?

Yes, our writers can provide you with a reflective log or diary. When completing the order form just tick the ‘reflective log/diary’ option from the extra services section. • 7. Can you help me collect primary data?

Yes. Our writers can help you with the design of your questionnaire and/or interview questions so you can collect the data yourself. Our writers can also fabricate data for you for an additional charge. When you complete the order form, simply select ‘primary research’ and ‘EXTRA CHARGE the writer will provide made up data’ and this will be added to your order.

  • 8. Can you conduct data analysis if I only order part of my dissertation?

If you are placing an order for certain parts / chapters of your dissertation the writer can perform data analysis for you. When you choose our ‘Dissertation (Part)’ service, you just need to choose “Yes” for this question: “Would you like the writer to perform any data analysis”, pay an extra fee, and our writer will analyse the data. For an additional charge, our writers are also able to fabricate the data to be analysed.

  • 9. Can you provide me with reference material for my order?

All of our custom written orders come with a reference list and/or bibliography that will provide you with details of the sources the writer has used whilst completing your order. Unfortunately we are unable to send you the documents cited as we do not own the copyright to these documents. Sending them to you would therefore be an infringement of copyright law. You can, however, easily locate relevant sources yourself via Google or your university’s Blackboard, WebCT or your personal Athens Account.

  • 10. What delivery options do you offer for dissertations?

Your dissertation can be completed by Ivory Research in as little as a few days (urgent delivery) to several months or even years (PhD Thesis). Delivery of your dissertation will depend on your deadline and your requirements.

We would normally deliver a dissertation by firstly providing a free outline (for your approval), then delivering the first half and then the final version of the work. For urgent deliveries we may provide you with a free outline and then a final completed dissertation (subject to agreement).

However, we know that some people will require more parts or drafts to be delivered, especially in the case of Master’s and PhD levels. So for the convenience of our clients we offer a flexible service that enables you to plan the delivery of your dissertation according to your preferences. For example: dissertation outline, draft of the literature review, draft of the methodology, draft of the analysis of findings, draft of the conclusion and recommendations and then the final version. Please refer to Dissertation Delivery Options for more information.

The option of adding more parts to your dissertation delivery plan will be available to you when completing the order form, deadline permitting.

Should you only require part of your dissertation to be completed by Ivory Research, please select “Dissertation (Part)” as your order type when completing the order form, and you will have the option to indicate exactly which parts you want completing. More information is available on our Dissertation Services page.

Your free amendments period is calculated from the day your completed order is ready. We provide a free 7-day amendment period as standard (for dissertations we allow 7 days after receipt of the first half and an additional 14 days after the full dissertation). Extended amendments periods can be arranged when placing your order for an additional charge.

Of course. When you fill in the order form, you will see the option of adding a presentation in the extra services menu. • 20. Can you reference specific material (e.g. books) in my paper?

Yes. When placing your order please click on “Specific Sources”, which is a free option on the Extra’s menu and provide details of your materials there. We may ask you to provide us with an electronic (or scanned) version of the material, should your writer be unable to locate it.

  • 1. How can I use the work you provide me with?

As it is common with all writing companies operating in this market, we retain copyright for the works completed. This is to ensure students will not be tempted to break the rules of their universities.

The paper you receive from us should be for research purposes and used as a study aid only. If you wish to take any material from the work we provide please ensure that you properly reference it.

To get the best from our papers please refer to our Recommended Use Policy.

  • 2. Do you guarantee that my order will be 100% plagiarism free?

We are so confident that the work we provide you with will be 100% plagiarism free that we will give you your money back if it isn’t!

  • 3. Is it cheating if I use your service?

No, the work we provide is designed to be used as a study aid and model answer to help you complete your own work. If you use the work we provide as it is intended – in the same way you would use any journal, book or past paper – it is not cheating. By using the work we produce in the correct manner, they act as powerful study tools, and are of far greater value to your academic development than presenting them as your own work. Please use our products responsibly.

  • 4. Can I submit my order?

According to the rules set up by UK universities, students can only submit work for assessment that they have completed themselves. However, so long as you use the work we provide you with in accordance with our Recommended Use Policy there should not be a problem.

  • 5. What happens if my paper does not match my requirements?

Our writers will always aim to ensure your order meets your exact requirements, so if anything is unclear or requires further clarification, we will try to seek clarification from you. In the unlikely event that you feel the writer did not meet your initial instructions, please contact us and we will ask your writer to amend your order. Your paper will then be amended at no extra charge. However, if your amendments request is different to your initial requirements (e.g. you asked for PESTEL analysis but now you also want a SWOT analysis to be included) or if your amendments request is submitted when your free amendments period has expired, there may be an extra charge.

  • 6. Can I trust your company?

Yes, you can. As a UK registered company (registration no: 08896347) you are protected under UK consumer law. We are dedicated to our clients and strive to provide first class customer service at all times.

  • 7. Is this legal?

Yes. Our service is 100% legal.

  • 8. Is your service confidential?

Yes, our service is 100% confidential. We never disclose any details or information regarding your order to any third party. We take confidentiality very seriously and your details will remain totally private throughout the process. However, we are not responsible for the content of any attachments you provide and any personal details they may contain. It is your responsibility to remove these details from the files you send to us.

  • 9. Do you publish/resell custom written papers?

No, we NEVER publish or resell any paper – this is one of our 10 guarantees

  • 10. How do you know I won’t cheat?

We pride ourselves on being open, honest and transparent and trust that our customers conduct themselves in the same manner. Submitting one of our papers would be a breach of our copyright and your university rules. We are aware that many of our customers simply want guidance on a particular essay or report. They do not want it done for them, but want to earn their degree themselves and so will use the papers we provide in the correct manner. Whilst we are aware that our service, like any educational tool, is open to abuse, the same threat of plagiarism has not prevented the publication online of other educational materials such as lecture notes, etc., and we will not allow it to hinder our provision of services to the honest majority.

  • 1. What makes your services different to others?

Many companies in this industry claim to be UK companies, but actually operate from abroad, meaning you are not protected by UK Consumer Law. Furthermore, many of these companies do not hire UK educated writers, so the quality of work may not be of a high standard. As a UK registered company (registration no: 08896347) that hires only top UK-educated writers, we can confidently claim to be the best in the industry.

Many UK companies hire ESL (English as a second language) writers without a UK education, which means that the work they produce will be of an inferior quality to our own.

We place a high emphasis on customer service, and all our operators are trained to be as helpful as possible.

Our comprehensive 10-point guarantee is designed to ensure that every customer we serve is 100% satisfied – this is in addition to your protection under UK consumer law – you can be confident you are in safe hands.

  • 2. What support does your customer service department offer?

Every member of our Customer Service Team has undergone extensive training to ensure the support you receive is first class. Our target is to answer every e-mail within 20 minutes during office hours. Our team members will forward any communication or documents to your assigned writer, answer any questions you may have about our service, send communications from your writer to you via e-mail and generally help you in any way they can. And we guarantee this will all be carried out with a smile!

  • 3. How can I contact your Customer Service Department?

You can contact us by phone 02037 339 834 or +44 2035 530 281 (if calling from outside of the UK), e-maillive chat, fax (0845 505 0807) or by post. We work 9am-9pm Monday-Friday and 10am-6pm Saturday and Sunday, including all Bank Holidays, even on Christmas Day. We aim to respond to every e-mail within 20 minutes during office hours.

  • 4. Do you trade under any other names?

Our legal entity is Insta Research Ltd, Company Registered in England and Wales REG No: 8896347. VAT: 181 9105 10. Registered Address: Insta Research Ltd, 29th Floor, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5DY.

Our operations are conducted via the www.ivoryresearch.com website.

However, we advertise our services on a number of different websites.

It has come to our attention that a number of sham websites are trading under our registered company name of ‘Ivory Research’ by using similar domain extensions such as ivoryresearch.net, .org, .me.uk, etc. These companies are completely unrelated to Insta Research Ltd and we cannot vouch for their credibility or the quality of their work. There is only one www.ivoryresearch.com, so when you search for us online, make sure you see the .com domain extension.

You deserve the best so why settle for anything less?
