As of 16th of March 2012 we have changed our paper resale policy.

As of this date, we are extending our policy of reselling papers from 6 months to 9 months. This means that after we deliver a paper, it will be a minimum of 9 months before that paper may be resold.

We have changed our weekend opening hours.

On Saturdays and Sundays, we will now be available between 10am and 6pm. During the week (Monday-Friday) you will still be able to contact us between 8am and 11pm.

Even though our hours have changed, you can be certain that you will still receive our usual high quality customer service.

To make the amendments request procedure simpler, we have introduced a new amendments request form.

When we send you your completed paper, we will provide you with a link to our online amendments request form. Read your completed paper in full and if you come across any points that you would like to be revised, please fill in this form.

In order for us to rectify every issue within your paper in a timely manner, please put all amendment requests in this form.
