My feedback is very positive. You are a great company to work for. I used to work for another agency and you deal with writers in a much more friendly way. . The HR side, which you do so well, is so important when you are only dealing with an agency via email or phone. Your communications are great with a friendly tone, and you are also very supportive if anything goes wrong. Also, your structure seems much more effective. It is nice to be able to say 'yes' or 'no' to a job without having to bid for it. I've really enjoyed the work as well. It's allowed me to learn about a wider range of issues than would ever be possible doing an academic qualification!
