I am a seasoned technical analyst and researcher. I hold a Masters degree in Network and e-Business Centred Computing from the University of Reading. I have a strong flair for academic research and it has developed within me the zeal to pursue this to PhD level. I have been able to develop this research skill due to my zero tolerance for plagiarism, my demand for excellent and my high quality writing as required by my previous research work. I have worked as a technical analyst and IT support worker in the ICT and financial sectors. One of the major requirements of my previous jobs is the ability to interact with clients, understand and document their needs and translate these to a set of system specifications that can be implemented by developers. Therefore, I am confident to work at any stage of the system development life cycle. In my free time, I volunteer in an after school centre as a centre support worker for academic and IT subjects. I assist students with their homework, train adults in ICT, manage the centre website, and perform search engine optimization for the centre website, whilst carrying out other ICT support services.
